Hey guys and girls,

how's it going?

I'm not so good. I have spent the last 30 hours reporting on and living in the aftermath of the Kerang train accident.

I spent four hours at the scene of the accident last night and late afternoon, which was not good.

I had to write articles on the accident today, and tomorrow will be spent getting Friday's paper together.

I've also felt like a small bird in the pack of Melbourne and national media vultures (except for the certain few from The Age and Herald-Sun who I have met... thanks guys).

Thank you also to all who have contact me in the last 30 hours. Your thoughts are not being forgotten.
